These terms cover your use of the Monodoro app and this website. By using Monodoro, you agree to them.

1. Who provides Monodoro

Monodoro is provided by Monodoro LLC. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep that account secure, because it is how you get into Monodoro. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your data

Your sessions, projects, tasks and profile belong to you. You let us store and process them only to run the app and sync it between your devices, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete them at any time.

4. Using Monodoro

Use Monodoro for its intended purpose. Don’t try to break, reverse engineer or overload the app or our servers, or use it to break the law.

5. Focus endurance

Focus endurance is an estimate based on your phone’s motion sensors. Small movements may not register. It is not a medical or scientific measurement.

6. Monodoro Pro

Monodoro Pro is not available yet. When it launches, purchases will be handled by the App Store or Google Play and follow their payment and refund terms. Prices will be shown in the app before you buy. [Add subscription terms when Pro launches.]

7. Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove features. We will try to give notice of changes that affect you. Monodoro may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Monodoro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Monodoro is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Monodoro LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data beyond what we can restore. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

10. App stores

If you downloaded Monodoro from the App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for Monodoro or its support.

11. Governing law

12. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use Monodoro after a change means you accept the new terms.
