Delete your account
You can delete your Monodoro account and all of its data at any time. Here is how, and what happens next.
In the app
- Open Monodoro and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out and your account is scheduled for deletion.
Want a copy first? Export your sessions from PlansExport CSV before you delete.
By email
If you can’t open the app, send a request from the email address you signed in with.
Request deletion by emailInclude the email address on your account. We reply to confirm.

What gets deleted
- Your account: the email and name from Apple or Google sign-in.
- Your optional profile: name, phone, gender, birthday and avatar.
- Your focus sessions, projects, tasks and daily focus targets.
- Your Focus endurance summaries and milestones.
- Your app settings.
When

We keep nothing else, unless the law requires us to.
Good to know
- Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Use the steps above.
- Deletion can’t be undone. Signing in again later starts a new, empty account.
- If Monodoro Pro is available and you subscribe, cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play as well.
